Being a child of God isn' t just about claiming it, but rather knowing what God has written in his book about you. Are you going through difficult times? Is the devil tormenting you? The very first thing you must know as a child of God is that Satan is a deceiver who tries to portray God' s intentions for you in a negative way.
Below are the two verses the devil would not want you to know.
1. Acts 8: 38- 39
38- " For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come" ,
39- " Nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. "
This signifies that the world is surrounded with angels as well as demons, but no matter what, God has everlasting love for you. God' s love for man was proven in Psalm 124: 2- 6 when David wrote how God' s love helped them prevail over the wrath of the wicked and over the water which would have drowned them.
2. Isaiah 31: 3
Long ago, the LORD said to Israel: " I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. " With unfailing love, I have drawn you to myself. This proves that God' s love is everlasting, even up to this day. He has proved to be unchanging.
If you read Hebrew 13: 8, that scripture proves that he has never changed since the beginning, he is the same God today, tomorrow and forever. So his word is new every single day and his love increases for us. All we need to do is to make sure our ways matches with his ways.
